Angie loves homes. She loves new builds, old homes, and everything in between. But that is not really why she is in real estate.

She is in it because she loves people.

Walking alongside a couple who is about to have their first baby and helping them find the place where they are going to bring that child home. Helping an older couple find the right fit as their family grows and their needs change. Being present in the middle of hard situations and helping people find a way forward.

That is what drives her.

The process of learning what someone actually wants, what they are hoping for, and what their life is going to look like in that next home is just as meaningful to Angie as the day they get the keys. She wants every client to know they can trust her and that she is going to work hard to get them there.

The excitement is real and we love being part of it. We want our clients to love every detail of the place they are about to call home. But we also know that a home is one of the largest financial decisions most people will ever make, and we take that seriously.

Our job is to make sure the home that feels right also is right. The fireplace and the kitchen matter, and so does the investment you are making for your future.

We want both for every client we work with.

One of our favorite clients came to us when it was time to downsize. She was the mother of a former church member, and she was carrying a lot more than just a real estate decision.

She had questions about where she would go, whether she would have enough to live on, and what would happen to all the things she had carefully collected over a lifetime. Our job was to make sure she knew we were on her side and that we were going to help her figure it out.

That was years ago. She still calls us all the time. We still make sure we see her on her birthday.

We may never do another deal with her, and that does not matter one bit. She is part of our life now, and that is exactly the kind of business we set out to build.

We get to show up for people during some of the most important moments of their lives.

We have helped a mother and daughter with disabilities find a home that actually sets them up to thrive in their daily lives. We have walked alongside couples going through divorce and made sure both people were treated with honesty and care. We have helped newlyweds who were expecting their first child find the place where they are going to build their family.

None of those are just transactions. Every single one of them matters deeply to us.

Even the hard ones, maybe especially the hard ones, end up being some of the most meaningful work we get to do.

Sometimes the best thing we can do for a client is talk them out of what they think they want.

We had a family referred to us who had their heart set on living at the lake. It is a beautiful area and we completely understood the appeal. But as we talked through their life and what their days actually looked like, we realized their son played hockey four days a week and the nearest rink would have been over an hour away each way.

We helped them find a better fit in a different part of Tennessee. Not the answer they came to us with, but the right one for their family.

That is what it means to actually listen.
