The Middle Tennessee market right now is nuanced, and nuance is exactly why you need someone who knows this area well.

Overall we are in what is considered a balanced market, which is good news for both buyers and sellers. But the truth is that the market experience can vary significantly depending on the specific neighborhood, the zip code, and the school system you are looking in. There are still hot pockets where multiple offer situations are very much a reality.

Buyer's remorse is real. Preventing it is part of our job.

When the market was moving fast a few years ago, a lot of buyers made quick decisions they later regretted. We saw it happen. That is why we slow down on the front end, ask hard questions, and challenge assumptions about neighborhoods and school systems before anyone falls in love with a house.

If we could sell your home the exact same way we sell everybody else's home, you wouldn't really need us. You would just need a system. What you actually need is someone who looks at your specific property and decides the best way to sell it so it meets your goals.

We build a strategy around your property and your goals, not a formula we run the same way every time. Your home is not somebody else's home, so the plan should not be either.

Church real estate is not like any other real estate transaction.

The emotions are different. The stakes are different. The decision carries the weight of a community and a mission.

Chris spent 20 years as a pastor. He understands what it feels like when a congregation is growing into something new and needs the right space to do it. He also understands what it feels like when a chapter is closing and it is time to steward those resources toward what comes next.
