Christmas hours:

We will be closed for Christmas on Monday, December 25th, and Tuesday, December 26th. We will also be closing on Monday, January 1, 2024, for New Year's Day!

We are so thankful to have such amazing tenants. We hope you and your families have a wonderful Christmas and that 2024 brings you many blessings!

Just wanted to remind our tenants with these freezing cold temperatures approaching tonight and through this winter to please disconnect your hoses from your outside hydrant to prevent freezing and busting your hydrant!!

The hardest part of this job is the passing away of tenants who become like family. The last few months have been hard. Rest in peace Anna Pate, Sandy Looker, and Hootowl. You will be missed dearly. Prayers for your families. Our hearts are heavy at Red Haven😭😭

❄️FREEZING temps ahead❄️

✔️make sure hoses are detached
✔️new/clean HVAC filters
✔️open your kitchen and bathroom cabinets under your sinks to allow heat underneath
✔️know where your main water shutoff valve is in case of an emergency
✔️allow a constant flow (pencil lead size) on your kitchen and bathroom sinks.
