Hi, I’m Erin Knowles.

For nearly 15 years, I had the privilege of serving others as a registered nurse. Nursing shaped so much of who I am — it taught me compassion, patience, how to listen deeply, and how to advocate for people during some of the most important moments of their lives.

As life changed, so did my path, and that journey led me into real estate.

While the industry may be different, the heart behind my work is still the same: I love helping people. I love being someone others can trust. I love walking alongside people through big decisions and important transitions, making sure they feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

To me, real estate is about so much more than houses. It’s about people, families, new beginnings, and the places where life happens.

I’m so grateful for the years I spent in nursing, and I’m just as grateful to bring that same heart for service into real estate. It would be an honor to help guide you home.

Let me know how I can help!

Welcome to 999 Scramblers K**b in Franklin. As soon as I walked into this one (and realized I couldn't keep it for myself), I knew that it was special. In a market where many homes follow a similar blueprint, this one stands apart. It's unique layout and character-filled spaces create not just a house but a HOME.

This Franklin unicorn is on 6 private acres and less than 5 miles from downtown Franklin and Cool Springs. It's the best of both worlds and has a dreamy mountain chalet feel with exposed wood beams and large windows overlooking the wrap-around deck and gorgeous scenery.

It's elevator thoughtfully provides handicapped accessibility to all main floors. And the oversized, heated and cooled second garage gives limitless possibilities. Think fitness center, game room, or music studio. My daughter would argue for an indoor soccer training facility and my husband for his golf simulator. This home has been meticulously maintained and renovated with improvements too numerous to share here.

If you'd like the opportunity to see this beauty for yourself, contact me to schedule your private tour.
