Hi, I’m Erin Knowles.

For nearly 15 years, I had the privilege of serving others as a registered nurse. Nursing shaped so much of who I am — it taught me compassion, patience, how to listen deeply, and how to advocate for people during some of the most important moments of their lives.

As life changed, so did my path, and that journey led me into real estate.

While the industry may be different, the heart behind my work is still the same: I love helping people. I love being someone others can trust. I love walking alongside people through big decisions and important transitions, making sure they feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

To me, real estate is about so much more than houses. It’s about people, families, new beginnings, and the places where life happens.

Caring for people has always been at the heart of Erin Knowles’ work. For nearly 15 years, she did so as a registered nurse, working in Neonatal Intensive Care and the operating room. Today, she brings that same calm focus and quick decision-making to guide her clients through the many moving parts of real estate, whether they’re searching for a home, selling land, or adding to their investment portfolio.

A Tennessee native, Erin has the kind of local knowledge you can’t always find online. She understands which neighborhoods hold their value, which local experts can help when challenges arise, and what makes a community a good match for her clients. After spending several years living out of state, she and her family returned to be closer to relatives. Having experienced relocation herself, Erin appreciates both the practical challenges and emotional ups and downs of moving, using that perspective to make the process smoother for those she works with.

Attentive, thoughtful, and with a time-is-of-the-essence mentality, Erin finds the most rewarding part of her work is helping people find the right home, the perfect piece of land, or a property that fits their investment goals.

At home, Erin enjoys life with her husband Chase, their two daughters, a grumpy cat, and a sweet old dog. She also makes time for baking, exercising, and enjoying a good book.
