I follow a few rather insightful people across the socials. Ethan is a particularly interesting follow. He’s made some great observatona over there last few years. We even had a 30 min zoom call a year or so back. In this X (Twitter) postr he gives an anecdote about an experience he had whil house hunting during thee peak kf the ‘22 marke madness. The home was purchased at (in my opinion) way too much ocer asking and is now liste for much less than the former closing price. It’s a curious marketplace. Ethan’s musings are a bit if a confirmation bias for me. We tend to think similarly about market trends. A good person to follow in my opinion if you are interested in keeping your ear to the ground.
