Closing on a Massachusetts home? Don't skip the owner's title policy. 🏡

Your lender's policy only protects the bank. The owner's policy protects your purchase price and equity, and it's a one-time cost with no monthly premium and no renewal. Buying it alongside the lender's policy is usually far cheaper than buying it later.
