On my way to a pre-drywall meeting with my clients and their builder! 🏡
This is one of those stages in the building process that may not look very exciting—but it’s an important one.
Before the drywall goes up, buyers have the opportunity to walk through the home while everything is still visible: the studs, electrical wiring, outlet locations, media connections and more. It’s our chance to make sure everything is where it should be and address any changes while they’re still relatively easy to make.
When you’re building a home, having an experienced Realtor alongside you isn’t just about the contract or closing day. It’s about having someone there throughout the process, asking questions, paying attention to the details and helping you think ahead.
Because once that drywall goes up, you definitely want to know what’s behind it. 😉
Thinking about building in Middle Tennessee? I’d love to help you navigate the process from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.
