Grace Janho, Broker.

Grace Janho, Broker. Specializing in residential and commercial real estate in Middle TN-Greater Nashville Area. It’s about a longing for a piece of earth to call your own.

Grace Janho believes that it takes more than an address and a roof over your head to call a place “home.” Truly feeling at home is all about achieving a level of comfort where you can enjoy your surroundings and feel like you belong. Grace Janho understands more than most. Grace moved to the United Stated in 1978 to attend college and had since moved many times to different parts of the country. W

ith each move came the need to adapt to her new surroundings, learn the local culture, immerse herself in the community and make new friends. Grace’s positive personality and ability to build quality relationships have always helped her adapt and succeed wherever she’s lived. It wasn’t until Grace moved to Nashville in 2018, however, that she truly discovered “home.” “It’s good to be home,” Grace says. “I have been uprooted my entire life, so to find a place to call my own is personally very rewarding.”

In fact, Grace’s deep understanding of “home” and her ability to help people feel comfortable are her keys to success as a Realtor. When you work with Grace toward the sale and purchase of a home, her caring and nurturing ways will immediately put you at ease. She is patient, listens carefully, and you will instantly know that she cares about you. You can be rest assured that she will protect your interest at every turn and will be your advocate and information source-your trusted advisor in perhaps your greatest asset, your real estate purchase or sale. “I am a woman of my word. You can trust me and rely on me to follow through with my promises and intentions.” says Grace. Grace has been where you are. She’s bought and sold numerous homes over the years and understands how financially and emotionally overwhelming the experience can be. Therefore, Grace believes the journey should be fun and exciting.”I believe the experience reflects our attitude: “It is what we choose to bring into it. No one needs to be pressured or rushed into a decision. We need to enjoy the process and make the journey fun. I want my clients to feel confident and safe knowing and trusting that I am on their side.” Grace Says.

Thomas Sanford, the gunman who opened fire inside a Mormon church in Michigan, killing 4 people and injuring 8, is now confirmed that he was not only a supporter of Trump, but a die hard MAGA fan. Vance and Patel responded with “thoughts and prayers” and little else., and Trump rhetoric about the "radical' left, political violence and domestic terrorism suddenly disappeared. That silence stands in stark contrast to the frenzied response after Charlie Kirk’s killing, when the right flooded social media with sweeping declarations about left-wing and trans political violence.

The lack of outrage raises the question: why not react in the same way this time? Could it be because the shooter was one of them? He wasn’t a trans, wasn’t an immigrant, wasn’t Mexican or Muslim, and wasn’t a leftist. He was a MAGA supporter.

US News: Social media history, old photos have now confirmed that Michigan church shooter Thomas Sanford was not only a supporter of President Donald Trump but.

JD Vance claimed that “left-wing extremism” is “part of the reason” Charlie Kirk was killed. He went on to say: “It is a statistical fact that most of the lunatics in American politics today are proud members of the far-left."Despite JD Vance’s claim, the consistent data from independent research, federal agencies, and even Trump’s own appointees proves political violence in the U.S. is far more prevalent on the right, NOT the left.

Here is the data:

-Anti-Defamation League (ADL): Between 2013–2022, right-wing extremists committed 75% of extremist-related killings; in 2022, all 25 were by right-wing actors.

-University of Maryland Study: From 1948–2018, right-wing extremists carried out 59% of domestic extremist activity, compared to 23% by left-wing extremists.

-FBI Director (Trump appointee): Christopher Wray warned repeatedly about the growing, persistent threat of white nationalist violence.

-Acting DHS Secretary (Trump appointee): Chad Wolf identified white supremacists as the most lethal domestic extremist threat.

-National Institute of Justice Journal: Research showed far-right extremists committed far more homicides since 1990 (520 deaths vs. 78 by the far left).

-CSIS: Found far-right terrorist attacks quadrupled between 2016–2017, and FBI arrests of right-wing extremists rose in 2018.

-Cato Institute: Since 1975 (excluding 9/11), right-wing extremists have caused 63% of politically motivated deaths (391 vs. 65 by the left).

-Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI): Republicans and Trump supporters are more likely to say political violence may be necessary to “save the country.”
