It’s difficult to put into words the immense grief we feel in losing Jeff. It’s just as hard to express the depth of our love and gratitude for him as a friend and a mentor. Jeff poured his heart into everything he did. His kindness, warmth, and genuine care touched everyone he met.
We’re grateful to have experienced the light and joy he brought into the world, and we will honor his legacy by serving our community with the same compassion and dedication.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to Jeff’s wife, Gina, their children, and to everyone whose lives were brightened by Jeff’s kindness.

It is with profound sadness that I share that our dear colleague and friend, Jeff Giuliani, passed away on November 29, 2025.
Jeff fought with remarkable strength and grace throughout every stage of his illness, and he was surrounded by love in his final moments. His passing is a tremendous loss not only to those of us who worked alongside him, but to the many clients, colleagues, and community members whose lives he touched.
For more than 20 years with EXIT, Jeff served his clients, his team, and the real estate industry with integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. He was an exceptional agent, a proud father, a devoted husband, and a true leader. Through The Jeff Giuliani Realty Group, he built a strong, respected brand that reflected his dedication and passion for serving others. His influence will continue to guide us for years to come.
Many of you knew Jeff personally, collaborated with him professionally, or were inspired by his work ethic and character. I kindly ask that you keep Jeff’s family in your thoughts as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
