⭐️ WHAT A DAY!

🏠 3 settlements and 3 happy buyers and sellers!

⏰ First settlement was for the sweetest buyers on their FOREVER home. This home checked all of their boxes for their future. I was so excited the second I saw their number come up as an incoming call. Both of them and their families are so special to me and to be trusted on such a huge life milestone meant the world to me! I cannot wait to see it all decorated ❤️

⏰ Settlement number two was for my seller and her her wonderful family! I helped her purchase this mini farm a few years ago and what a labor of love it was to get it where it is today. I say the home picked the buyers it wanted her to sell to. From beginning to the end it was such a smooth transaction. The sweetest buyers and the most wonderful buyers agent. So excited for my seller and the buyers!

⏰ Settlement number three the cutest buyer family. We found them the exact space they needed to expand the farm and make their forever memories. They trusted me from beginning to the end and I am forever thankful for them. (INSERT CONFETTI)🎉
