As a young 21 year old, I filled out my first mortgage application - making less than minimum wage and fresh out of college. The lender I was working with at the time, Brynn Warner, said you’ve got a ways to go but let’s touch base soon.
Two years later, after doing all the things I was instructed to do, I updated that mortgage application and said “Brynn, what do I qualify for?”
A split level 1980’s house in Broomfield CO is what I qualified for! And I was OVER THE MOON excited & proud. You mean I get to be a Broomfield resident? AND OWN my own house??? Yes.
Over the last 3 years, Matt and I renovated just about everything in this house with our own two hands. Landscaping, deck, paint, roof, lights, garden, shed, concrete - you name it. We learned SO much and enjoyed every single minute. Our friends gathered here countless times, we gave our corgi her own backyard & I built my business here.. all in this home. I had NO idea how much of a driver Princess Circle would be - paving the road to the rest of our lives❤️
Fast forward to EXACTLY 3 years later in 2026, Christina Suprenant (one of the first people I met in the industry & have looked up to ever since) said “wanna sell your Broomfield house?” And I said “sure - you have someone in mind?” No sign in the yard and no photos!
Just a short while later, it was sold to this lovely couple doing the EXACT same thing Matt and I did; buying their first place. Did I mention they have a corgi too?? Haha so cool 😎
As bittersweet as it is - we are over the moon for the new owners. They will have the most beautiful garden, incredible neighbors & a home filled with so much love. Thank you Princess Circle - couldn’t of dreamt this up better if I tried ❤️
