A group led by NBA superstar Kevin Durant has purchased the former Six Flags property in Bowie. Six Flags America closed in 2025 after 50 years in Prince George's County. It's unclear what Durant's group plans to do with the land.

Yes, WHO you work with matters. It can make the difference between a successful sale or you losing out. Is your agent just taking pics on their phone to upload? Or hiring a professional photographer for media? Are they highlighting the selling features or taking an under the sink picture?

Did they advise you on how to prep for the market? Or just show up and throw it on the MLS?

Did they get the details correct down to the beds bath and even address?

Are they marketing your property in the best light? Or marketing themselves by dancing around on video in it?

Yes, these are all things I’ve seen THIS YEAR on listings. Incorrect addresses, incorrect details, poor photos, no notes on selling features etc. you can be priced correctly and still not getting offers because your agent, frankly sucks. If you want to chat about a proven method that gets results and an agent who cares about your outcome more than their income, I’d love to chat with you!

Spend the day with me! One thing I love about real estate is every day is different, and I have the time to squeeze in self care and workouts! We’ve got goals and no excuses. This feels awkward bc I’m not an influencer, but people do ask what a normal day is like.. there is no normal in real estate. Some days it’s lots of showings, some days it’s lots of phone calls.
