We’re proud to welcome Maryland Oncology Hematology to their new 16,083 square foot home on the second floor of 112 Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick, Maryland.

One of 17 locations in the Maryland and D.C. area, their team of physicians, nurses and clinical staff will provide comprehensive oncology and hematology services—including medical oncology and infusion therapy—to patients in our community.

We’re thrilled to have them join this robust campus offering a broad spectrum of medical services. The last 8,000 available square feet are ready for negotiation on the second floor.

Opportunities to establish or expand medical practices will continue with the development of a third building on the Governors Place campus at 108 Thomas Johnson Drive. Stay tuned for more on this project scheduled to arrive in early 2028!

The Radiology Clinic recently opened their doors at 112 Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick adding to their practices in Rockville and Germantown.

Radiologists and technologists at their newly completed first floor suite offer a full range of advanced diagnostic imaging services—including Wide Bore High Field MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray—in a state-of-the-art environment.

We’re proud to have them join our growing healthcare hub. The remaining 8,000 square feet on the second floor of this building are still open for lease discussions.

Plans are also underway to further support new and growing medical practices with a third building at the Governors Place campus, located at 108 Thomas Johnson Drive. Additional details will be shared as this project moves toward its anticipated completion in early 2028.

Maryland Vision Institute is moving locations on Frederick’s bustling medical corridor from 195 to 112 Thomas Johnson Drive. They are building a state-of-the-art 7,140 square foot clinical space and a 6,740 square foot ambulatory surgery center. The clinical space opened in January with the surgery center slated to follow in late spring 2026. This expansion also marked the beginning of a merger with the Busack Eye Center team, which will be joining Maryland Vision Institute. Once open, the surgery center will provide cataract surgery, laser lens replacement, corneal surgery, and glaucoma treatment. Patients are already being seen for comprehensive eye exams and at the full-service optical shop.

We are excited to welcome Zaps Hair Removal, an electrolysis provider, to the third floor of 110 Thomas Johnson Drive. Owners Justin and Jalene Armstrong and their team are accepting new clients for their electrolysis services for permanent hair removal. The opening of their 1,376 square foot suite on the third floor completed leasing on that floor where Gastro Health, Brent Leone Chiropractic and Sleep Services of Maryland also operate.

DMV Allergy and Asthma Center is now open at 112 Thomas Johnson Drive on the second floor. Dr. Paul Keiser, board certified allergist; Michaela Kordell, PA; Dr. Pravan Nataraj, medical director; and team will provide comprehensive treatments including allergy shots; drug, environmental and food allergy testing; anaphylaxis management; pulmonary function testing; skin testing and sinus CT scans. The practice also has locations in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Florida.

112 Thomas Johnson leased up quickly with Forefront Dermatology and Reddy to Smile Orthodontics opening in early 2025. Maryland Vision Institute’s clinical office also opened in January 2026 and their second surgical suite will open this spring. They will be joined by two more medical tenants in March.

The building’s remaining 8,000 square feet remain under negotiation on the second floor. Opportunities to establish or expand medical practices will continue with the development of a third building on the Governors Place campus at 108 Thomas Johnson Drive. The building is scheduled to arrive in early 2028. Stay tuned for more on this project!

Congratulations to Sleep Services of Maryland on the opening of their clinic on the third floor of 110 Thomas Johnson Drive. Dr. Yash Mehndiratta and his team will use this space for consultation and for supporting their clinic locations around Maryland including Germantown, Elkridge and Rockville. Their clinics provide treatment for disorders including sleep apnea, narcolepsy, hypersomnia and insomnia, restless leg syndrome, pediatric sleep disorders and circadian rhythm disorders. Services include sleep studies, CPAP, oral appliances, Inspire Therapy and NeurOptimal clinics.
