Interesting read from NAR.

Buyers may be starting to reenter the market, even with rates still sitting in the 6% range.

To me, the big takeaway is this:

Waiting for the “perfect” market can keep people stuck.

That doesn’t mean everyone should rush to buy. It means buyers need to understand the market, know their numbers, and be ready when the right home comes along.

Preparation matters.

Contract signings rose nearly 4% last month, offering up a “late-spring buyer rush” that economists hope will drive a broader recovery in home sales.
