There are plenty of agents who can unlock a door and write a contract.

What matters is what happens before that.

I don't believe in rushing people into decisions they're not ready to make. I don't believe in pushing buyers to spend more just because a lender says they can. And I definitely don't believe in disappearing after closing.

What I do believe in is listening, answering questions, and helping people make decisions they'll still feel good about years from now.

That means explaining the process until it makes sense. Looking beyond the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to find a home that actually fits your lifestyle. Being honest when a house isn't the right one—even if it's the easy sale.
