"Three" Have your own Realtor to represent you in the sale. If you let ANY of these go, you can only blame yourself for the outcome. THIS BUBBLE WILL POP SOON LIKE IT DID IN THE PAST !

Harry was very accommodating working with me to schedule a home inspection around my work hours. He clearly explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it ahead of time, then delivered exactly as promised. He went over the home with a fine tooth comb, documented everything thoroughly, and delivered his comprehensive report promptly. I've had a good home inspector before, but Harry's service is on the next level. I would recommend him to family and friends.
