Buy today with rates still low and sit back and enjoy the appreciation over the next 10 yrs. Home prices are not coming down and I don't believe rates will either. Call me ad let get you into a home today!

The mortgage backed securities took a hit yesterday which means rates may bump up a little. The time to buy is now before rates go higher. Yes it is a tough market but with our tools, we are having great success in securing our buyers a ratified contract. Call me to discuss.
