I’m not supposed to say this. 👀
But if you’re buying new construction in Carbon Valley or the Denver Metro... you’re leaving money on the table if you walk in without an agent.
Builders have sales reps. Those reps work for the builder. Not you.
Here’s what they won’t tell you at the model home: → The base price is just the starting point → Upgrades have markup. Big markup. → Lot premiums are negotiable (yes, really) → Incentives are often tied to their preferred lender — and that deal isn’t always the best deal → A buyer’s agent costs you nothing. The builder pays it.
I’ve been in these negotiations. I know how the game is played.
