Chris Reed handled the sale of a townhouse in Spring Ridge for me in the fall of 2018 and did an outstanding job. She is totally professional and easy to work with, she responds quickly to both phone messages and email, tracks all the details and explains anything that's confusing, and stays upbeat through the whole process. Several unexpected problems occurred during the process, and Chris handled them efficiently and effectively. In sum, I would strongly recommend Chris to anyoone interested in either buying or selling a property in the Frederick area.
