I’m Toni. A Realtor serving Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia.

Helping people has always been at the heart of everything I do, which is why real estate has been such a rewarding career for me.

I’ve loved real estate ever since I was a little girl, and today I have the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate one of life’s biggest milestones.

Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to the DMV, selling your current home, investing, or simply exploring your options, my goal is to educate, guide, and support you throughout the process.

POV: Me saying, “I’ll be right back...”
..knowing full well I’m not coming back for HOURS. 🤣

Being a Boss Mom means every day looks a little different.

☀️ School drop-off.
📱 Answering client calls.
✍🏾 Ratifying a real estate contract.
🏡 Scheduling showings.
☎️ Talking with lenders.
📧 Responding to emails.
🚗 Picking up the girls.
🎀 Dance practice.
🍽️ Dinner.
💻 Finishing work after bedtime.

Some days it feels like I’m juggling a hundred things at once, but here’s the thing... I genuinely love it.

Being a mom has taught me how to stay organized, adapt quickly, solve problems, and keep moving forward even when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned. Those are the same skills I bring to every real estate transaction.

When you’re buying or selling a home, there are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes. My job is to keep everything moving, communicate every step of the way, and handle the details so you always know what’s happening.
