As a licensed real estate agent and certified PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), my experience includes transactions in all facets of real estate: home and condo sales, home purchases, new homes (to be built), custom homes, undeveloped land and commercial leases in many Maryland communities.
One of my favorite parts of the business is getting a home ready for sale. I have seen enough properties to know what the competition looks like and what buyers expect and I enjoy overseeing the staging and any repairs or updates that need to be made. I think this is one area where the experience of an agent really plays an important role, the individual homeowner has a hard time knowing what is expected in the current market. I have a group of trusted contractors and trades that I work with to get homes "sale ready."
Another one of my favorite parts of the business is matching a buyer to just the right home and their excitement when they realize that it is really going to be theirs! There are a lot of things that can ruin a deal but knowing how to navigate these obstacles gets my clients into their new home.
When I'm not helping people make their move, I enjoy tennis and traveling (sometimes at the same time!) and I'm an active volunteer as a captain of a 4.0 women's USTA tennis team, the Damascus Help organization and at fundraising functions for Hospice Caring, Inc.
