Cold temps have creeped up on us very fast. Please keep your heat temps set to at least 65 degrees at all times, even if you are away. Turning the heat too low can cause pipes to freeze and burst. During extreme cold let faucets drip slightly (both hot and cold) to keep water moving in the pipes. Open cabinet doors under bathroom and kitchen sinks to allow warm air to get to plumbing.

Report issues immediately - no heat; slow running water; frozen pipes and water leaks. Thank you!
