Shawn Kelly has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Maryland for twenty-five years. During that time he sold over 450 properties and closed over $200 Million in settled sales. Shawn's opinions on the market have been quoted locally in the Frederick News Post and nationally in Construction Today. The former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Greentree Homes (F. Day Company) possesses an
extensive background in both New Home Sales and General Brokerage. Shawn has helped hundreds of people buy, sell or rent their homes. In 2020 Shawn Kelly personally closed and supervised over $11 Million dollars of business with 40 Total Transactions, while being recognized as one of the top 100 RE/MAX Agents in the State of Maryland! Born and raised as a 6th generation Montgomery County resident, Shawn has called Frederick his home for the last twenty-five years. John's College High School (Go SJC!) and the Catholic University of America where he earned his B.A. Shawn was blessed to be able to work for legendary basketball coaches Joseph Gallagher and Morgan Wootten while in high school. At Catholic, he served on the Men's Basketball Staff working for Bob Valvano for three years. Shawn lives in New Market, Maryland with his wife Erin and their three boys.
