September housing stats are in!!

😎Hot takes?!
🔥 Despite what you may be hearing through the grapevine, prices are NOT going down (even with higher interest rates).
🔥 Inventory is still super low, meaning homes are selling just as fast as they were last year.

🤔 Things to consider if you’ve been “waiting for rates to drop” or “waiting for the market to crash”
❓Once rates do come down, could prices start to rise even more with increased competition?
❓Have you checked with a lender to see if your loan program has an option to refinance in 6 months? Many do! This could help you lock in at today’s price and then lower your interest rate when they do come down.
