Buyer logic:
“I want less competition.”
Also buyer logic:
“Why has this house been on the market for 75 days?” 🤔😂
One of the biggest myths in real estate is that if a home has been sitting for a while, there must be something wrong with it.
Sometimes that’s true.
But sometimes it’s simply a pricing adjustment waiting to happen.
Sometimes it’s poor marketing.
Sometimes it’s timing.
And sometimes it’s a really great house that got overlooked while everyone was chasing the newest listing on the market.
I’ve had buyers score incredible deals on homes that other people dismissed simply because of the days on market.
So I’m curious…
👇 What’s the longest a home could sit on the market before YOU started wondering what was wrong with it?
30 days?
60 days?
90+ days?
The property we bought last year sat for over 75 days and it gave us the right opportunity to negotiate what we needed!
