Turns out all the teachers who said I talk too much were absolutely correct 😂

Now it’s literally part of my job.

But honestly? Communication in real estate matters WAY more than people realize. You don’t need an agent who just unlocks doors and tells you what you want to hear. You need someone who will actually tell you the truth about your situation… even when it’s not the easy answer.

Sometimes that means telling a seller they’re overpriced.
Sometimes it means telling a buyer to WALK away.
Sometimes it means having hard conversations so you don’t make expensive mistakes later.

I’m probably always going to talk too much 😅 but my clients will never have to wonder where things stand, what’s happening next, or whether I’m being honest with them.

The real question is…
Do you think my teachers would be shocked or proud that talking this much became my career? 😂

I get it.
Interest rates feel higher than you hoped.
Prices feel intimidating.
And the headlines make it sound like buying a home right now is risky.

But here’s what I’m seeing in Northern Colorado every single week:

The people who stop waiting and start creating a plan are the ones building equity, stability, and long-term wealth while everyone else keeps sitting on the sidelines hoping the market magically changes.

Most buyers aren’t missing out because they can’t buy.
They’re missing out because fear has them frozen.

“What if rates drop after I buy?”
“What if prices come down?”
“What if I can’t afford the payment long term?”
“What if I wait too long and get priced out again?”

Those fears are real. But so is this:

👉 You can refinance a rate.
👉 You cannot go back in time and buy at yesterday’s prices.
👉 And rent has never built wealth for someone else’s future except the landlord’s.

The buyers winning right now are the ones asking questions, exploring options, negotiating strategically, and making moves that fit their life NOW — not waiting for some perfect market that may never come.

If becoming a homeowner is still sitting in the back of your mind this year… this is your sign to at least start the conversation. 🏡
