So excited for this one and even more excited for my clients! After searching for a while, we are officially UNDER CONTRACT!

There’s still a little ways to go, but this is such an exciting step in the right direction. I know how much this moment means to them, and I’m so grateful to be guiding them through the process every step of the way.

Wow, what a day!

Woke up to the sweetest review from my sellers (seriously made my morning), helped my first, time buyers officially close on their new home , AND got an offer accepted for another set of first time buyers!

In between all that, showings, calls, negotiations, and a lot of behind the scenes work to keep everything moving smoothly. Days like this remind me why I love what I do.

I am beyond happy for them as they begin this exciting new chapter and head off to their next adventure. It has been such a pleasure helping them through this journey, and I’m so grateful they trusted me to be part of it.
