✨ I am so thrilled for this lovely lady who just closed on her first home yesterday!!

🤝 She had to stay in MD due to her career. Since I’m licensed in VA only, I wanted to find an agent that would be the best fit for her in MD. She also uses ASL. Taking that into consideration, I was able to find a few agents in the area that also use ASL, and narrowed it down to the PERFECT fit!

🏡 They had some hiccups, to say the least, and we weren’t sure if closing would even happen. After multiple postponements, and lots of nail biting, I got the best news yesterday - that they OFFICIALLY CLOSED!!!

🥳 So happy for her and her family! The agent I picked was able to effectively communicate with her client using ASL while giving hope and reassurance. She also effectively communicated with me and gave the same. She is a seasoned agent and said that this was the hardest closing of her career and I’m so impressed with how she handled things. She clearly had the patience and diligence required to get to the finish line. 🏁

☝🏼As a friendly reminder to my friends that live out of state - I love referrals just as much as I love to give them. If you’re planning on purchasing property, regardless of where, I’d be honored and happy to assist in referring you to the best agent for your needs. 💖

You can drop off donations at Santa Fe Car Wash & Detailing during their business hours, daily from 9 am - 6pm. I’ll also accept 🤲🏼 monetary donations. Info about that is on the side of the collection bin. $1 = 2 boxes of cereal 🥣.

🎃 The last day to donate is 10/25.

I’ve had a monthly package with Santa Fe Car Wash for a few years now and I highly recommend checking them out! The monthly package is very reasonable and pays for itself after just 2 washes! The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is 💯% satisfied! 🧼 🚗

Cropper Home Sales LLC. and it’s agents will be participating, in hopes of helping FAAR reach it’s goal of 20,000 boxes 📦!

The Cropper Home Sales office is one of the drop-off 📥 locations for cereal boxes. All cereal 🥣 collected will go to local area food 🥘 banks to assist families in need. Monetary donations are also accepted and will go to the same worthy cause!
