3-5 times a week for the past four weeks I’ve worked a full 8 work day, handled any real estate clients before 9pm, and then headed to my rental (1.5 hours away) to get it ready for its next tenant.

As of today, our new tenant moved in. Property management is NOT for the weak but the third times the charm right? Praying that this tenant stays for a few years!
