☀️ Let there be light... and a whole lot of buyer appeal!

This Day-of Staging transformation was all about brightening the space, finding the right angles, and letting the home’s best features shine!

By removing a bulky wardrobe and heavy drapes, we brought attention back to those beautiful windows and allowed natural light to take center stage. ☀️

Bright, open, inviting spaces make a lasting impression on buyers, and sometimes a little rearranging makes all the difference!

Small Changes. BIG Impact.

Sometimes, a room doesn’t need new furniture or a complete makeover. It just needs a fresh perspective!

For this primary bedroom, our Day-of Staging service focused on simple, intentional updates to create a brighter, more modern, and inviting space. By refreshing the bedding, simplifying the decor, and making a few styling adjustments, we gave this room a whole new feel while working with the homeowners’ existing furniture.

The best part? These small changes made a big difference without a big investment!

That’s the beauty of occupied staging. It’s not about replacing everything. It’s about making the most of what you already have.

Colonial Beach, but make it cozy. 🌊🤍

This recent Humble Abode project was all about creating a family-friendly Airbnb that still felt elevated, intentional, and full of personality.

Inspired by the colors of the coast, we layered soft blues, warm neutrals, natural textures, and just the right amount of coastal charm throughout the home. And lucky for me, this client was completely on board with having a little fun with wallpaper, which gave us some of my favorite moments in the entire space.

The goal was simple: a home that feels relaxed enough for a family beach getaway, but special enough that guests remember it long after checkout.

I love how this one came together. 🤍

Vacant staging is not the only way to get magazine worthy photos.

This home was occupied, and the shelves were styled using items already in the space. The result is a polished, cohesive look that photographs like a model home.

Occupied staging is budget friendly, efficient, and a great tool for agents guiding sellers to smart prep decisions.
