A gas station chain is reprogramming its pumps in Washington state to accommodate $10-a-gallon fuel prices as the average price of gasoline across the country soars to $4.57.

So if they can mint one of these to cover short term government bills. Can someone explain to me why you couldnt just mint 30 of them and pay off the national debt? I already know the answer I just wanted to point the absurdity of this cartoonish nonsense.

The coin could be deployed to help bridge the gap between the money running out and the debt ceiling increasing.

According to the national association of realtors recent analytics, housing prices are up almost 16% on the year. This is one of, if not the hottest seller's market in recent memory. If your house rich and a bit cash poor at the moment or if you just don't want to miss the boat, now is the time to sell. This market won't last forever and you don't want to find yourself in a bad position when the market inevitably goes the other way.
