Happy belated Birthday to my OG Virginia agent?🫶🏻

We met at a Realtor Expo right after I moved to Virginia in 2023 when she stopped by my booth, grabbed my info, and actually followed up. 🤯

We met for lunch, hit it off, and afterward she texted me, “I want to get started with you being my TC.” Basically the real estate version of asking me to go steady. 🤣🏡🫶🏻

Three years, lots of closings, events, and MANY lunch dates later, she’s still my one and only Virginia agent. At this point, she basically has exclusive rights to Poe’s Point Closings in the Commonwealth. 🤣

So grateful that little lunch date turned into a friendship AND a business relationship. Happy Birthday, friend!! 🥳🫶🏻

I've had a front-row seat to your growth from a first-year agent to an established Realtor, and it's been incredible to watch what you've built over the years.👏🥳

Y’all have built such a strong team culture, and it shows in the way you work together every single day. There’s never an “that’s not my job” mentality — everyone jumps in, communicates, and works toward the same goal, and it makes such a difference behind the scenes.

It’s been a wild three years in real estate and three years of watching you adapt, grow, and build your business your way. 📈You’re tough, loyal, straightforward, and the type of agent who will go to bat for your people every single time.
