Today I celebrate 21 YEARS in REAL ESTATE!!🏡🏡
Wow...what started as a job turned into a career, a passion and honestly a big part of who I am today. Over the years I've grown, learned, pivoted, and poured my heart into helping people find a place to call home.

I'm beyond grateful for my family and friends who have supported me through long days, late nights and all the ups and downs, and from my incredible clients who trusted me with some of life's biggest moments and often became friends along the way. You are the reason I still love what I do after 21 years!!

It was a double-closing kind of day 🎄🎉🎄

We went live on Black Friday and wow—did that pay off! This seller knocked it out of the park with staging, and the home was buzzing with traffic all weekend before going under contract by Monday.

And a first for me… the buyer is a TikTok influencer! How fun is that?! Congratulations to everyone involved—what an exciting and memorable sale!

When I first met these first-time homebuyers, I thought it might take us some time to find a home that checked all their boxes—but then this gem hit the market and boom! Snowy Fridays are for closings, right? ❄️🏡

This one came with plenty of obstacles. First, we dealt with several scam buyers—one even insisted I write the offer because he “needed no representation.” Long story short, I wrote it…and he vanished. A local lender later confirmed my suspicions that something wasn’t right.

Then came another offer with an agent. We ratified, only for the agent to miss the first deadline, request an extension, and ultimately reveal that her buyers never even qualified in the first place.

But we kept pushing. And today, with a wonderful agent and truly excited buyers, we finally closed!

So yes—snowy Fridays are for closings. ❄️✨
