When your HVAC tech fixes your AC, you don’t usually say, “Walk me through exactly how you diagnosed that faulty capacitor.”
When your dentist fills a cavity, you’re not giving input like, “Are you sure that’s the right drill bit?” 😬

So why do some people question their Realtor’s advice after hiring them to do the job?

Real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all. What’s happening on the national news might make great headlines but your Realtor knows what’s happening right here in your neighborhood, on your street, and sometimes even on your cul-de-sac.

So when your Realtor gives you pricing advice, negotiation strategy, or feedback based on local market behavior… that’s not guesswork—it’s expertise.

Bottom line: You wouldn’t tell your dentist how to do an extraction, so maybe don’t tell your Realtor how to price your house. We promise we’ll stay in our lane too—we won’t show up with pliers or try to fix your AC. (Unless snacks are involved. Then maybe.) 😄
