CTI REAL ESTATE is committed to giving back to the community in a tangible way. Our entire CTI REAL ESTATE Team of Professionals is dedicated to providing the level of service our clients expect and certainly deserve. At CTI REAL ESTATE, it is a priority to provide educational development opportunities to our community through our real estate pre-licensing classes, our real estate strategy seminars, and the community service initiatives we support and host. Annually, CTI REAL ESTATE, and our featured vendors, provide a $1000 Scholarship to Youth matriculating to TRADE SCHOOL, a 2-Year COMMUNITY COLLEGE, or a 4-Year UNIVERSITY.
Here's what you need to apply.
Write a one-page essay (no more than 300 words) titled, 'Where Do I Go from Here? A GPA of 3.0 (weighted) or higher. Your most recent high school transcript. A signed recommendation letter from a school or community leader. A signed recommendation letter from a teacher or counselor at the applicants high school. For verification purposes, the letters of recommendation should include the full name, title, contact number, and email address of the individual recommending the student. An acceptance letter to a 2 or 4 year college/university or trade school.
Scholarship Application Important Dates and Information
The CTI Real Estate Scholarship Application must be submitted by March 31st, 2025. The scholarship recipient will be announced online, www.facebook.com/ctirealestate.com, on or before April 30th, 2025. The scholarship will be issued by certified check on or before the 31st of May of the award year.
