One of the sweetest terms a Buyer can hear is "Cleared to Close"...

What this means is the lender has reviewed all of the Buyers financial documentation, the property and the appraisal requirements have been satisfied, any major loan conditions have been cleared, the loan is fully approved and they are ready to "close" on the property. The Buyer can now schedule to sign a ton of documents and pick up their keys.

🏡 CLOSED — 175 Days Later.

This one means a little more.

We went under contract on March 6th.

Today, August 28th, we finally CLOSED.

A "short sale" is rarely a straight line from contract to closing... And there was absolutely, nothing "short" about this process.

There were delays. Uncertainty. Waiting. More waiting. Obstacles that had to be worked through one at a time.

But through it all, we kept moving forward.

This transaction was a reminder that patience isn’t passive — sometimes patience is continuing to work, continuing to communicate, and continuing to believe when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.

And resilience?

Resilience is refusing to quit just because the process takes longer than you expected.

My buyers stayed committed. The professionals involved kept working toward the finish line. And today, after 175 days under contract, my clients finally get the keys to their new home. 🔑🏡

Some victories happen quickly.

Others test you before they reward you.

Today, we celebrate the latter.

Congratulations to my buyers. We made it. 🙌🏾

This one means a little more.

We went under contract on **March 6th**.

Today, **August 28th**, we finally CLOSED.
