Today was the last time at our home. The home we brought our babies to from the hospital. The home of so many firsts. First garden. First fish. First kayak.

Tomorrow we sign and it becomes a new and exciting chapter for someone else. 🏠💕🤩

This transaction had so many pieces. I am grateful for everyone’s involvement as we worked toward a common goal of getting this dream homestead for my lovely buyers. Congratulations to this darling family as they embark upon new adventures!

Sometimes terms matter more than price. This home had several offers OVER listing price. Closing at almost 40k over asking - the sellers were able to maximize on a post occupancy that was best for their needs. I am so happy for them!

If you need someone to negotiate on your behalf I would be grateful for the opportunity!
