I started selling real estate in 2005 in Jacksonville, FL. I chose Keller Williams Realty as my brokerage because of their sales model, culture and profit share system. I saw agents in the company that were making over $1 mm a year in profit share! It was incredible! Real estate is a tough industry to develop an exit plan with. You can build a business/brand, but it really isn’t worth much at the end of the day. Someone can buy your book of business...but what is that really worth? Enough to retire on? You have to work to make $$ and when you stop working, the money stops! With eXp Realty, it doesn’t have to! Perplexed with a home inspection finding. Spot in ceiling is registering as “wet” on the moisture meter. We haven’t had rain in weeks!! There isn’t a plumbing boot or a hoist there. One level and no plumbing upstairs (there is no upstairs). Water heater is two rooms away. Found a blue pipe in the ceiling that looks like maybe an electrical conduit (which doesn’t make sense either). Couldn’t see an active leak in the attic and none of the insulation I wet. Weird!!!!!!! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤯🤔
