Last week, Spotsylvania saw more pendings and 20 less price decreases!

Buyers are still out - but are pickier and less likely to pull the trigger fast on making a decision

The price deductions throughout is making buyers feel more confident in getting a home with some concessions and price improvement.

The market IS changing. RHouse Realty is tracking it weekly so we can keep our sellers and our buyers informed.

📈 Take a look at this data. This is last week. 8/24 - 8/30. Price improvements are happening all over our Fredericksburg region. Stafford County is holding strong with more ratifieds, closed and less decreases while Spotsylvania took the most decreases last week.

🏡Again, this is an overall summary and we can dig deeper to each individual area and neighborhood for you.

👏The good news is: Buyers! It's time to house hunt. We are seeing seller incentives, we are seeing lenders offering rate buy downs to help with interest rates- less out of money is needed and sellers know their homes need to be move in ready.
