🚨 PEOPLE ARE ASKING FOR AN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION 🚨

We had no idea it would get the attention it did.

But now people are ASKING SERIOUS QUESTIONS :

❓ Why has this NOT been independently investigated?

❓ Why have the actions, emails, communications, and timeline surrounding our campground case not been formally reviewed and INVESTIGATED?

More people are raising concerns about Deuntay Diggs’ involvement in our campground case and whether serving in both ELECTED LOCAL GOVERNMENT and LAW ENFORCEMENT creates conflicts that deserve independent review.

PREMIUM FOR WHO?

Because while you were posting about “PREMIUM,” our family has been living through hell:

— More than two years of ILLEGAL delays
— Hundreds of thousands of dollars in financial loss
— A fight just to keep our by-right campground alive

And while our site plan was going through Stafford County review, FOIA records show YOU were SCHEMING and communicating directly with the people opposing us.

You told them:

“Part of my pledge to each of you was to be proactive and try to prevent a situation like the campground from occurring.”

Then you told them you had gained support to review the campground ordinance and REMOVE campgrounds and RVs from by-right status, adding that if they didn’t understand the significance, they should CALL YOU PERSONALLY and you would explain it.

LET THAT SINK IN, STAFFORD.

Our project was still being reviewed under an ordinance that allowed campgrounds BY RIGHT, and DEUNTAY DIGGS, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, was PRIVATELY assuring our opposition that he was working to change those rules.

The Judge confirmed that campgrounds had been a by-right use in A-1 zoning before Deuntay Diggs’ scheme went into effect when the Board changed the law in June 2025.

Meanwhile, our site plan kept sitting.

AND THEN IT EXPIRED.

We were forced to file a lawsuit to protect our rights.

The court later rejected Stafford County’s attempt to dismiss our case and allowed it to continue.

THANK GOD FOR THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT.

Because without FOIA, we may never have seen what you, DEUNTAY DIGGS, were saying to our opposition while our family was still trying to survive the County’s review process.

So no, Chairman Diggs, we don’t see “PREMIUM.”

We see:

— An elected chairman communicating privately with our opposition about preventing a campground.

— A chairman telling them he had support to remove campgrounds and RVs from by-right status.

— Our project stalled while those changes were being pursued.

— Hundreds of thousands of dollars gone.

— Years of our lives we can never get back.

And Stafford residents deserve to see this record too, because YOUR MONTHLY VOTES and decisions in this COUNTY affect every property owner, every small-business owner, and every family in this county.

You also wear a BADGE here in Stafford County, don’t you!!!!

That badge represents public trust and equal treatment under the law.

So when we read these emails and see your behind-the-scenes schemes, yes, it SCARES US TO DEATH to think about what else you are capable of.

You may call your life “premium.”

Our family calls the last two years HEARTBREAK and HELL.

🚨 A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO Nick Minock FOR SHOWING WHAT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW- RIGHT HERE IN STAFFORD COUNTY! Get this….. this is around 10 miles from us.

Watch this video. Look at the scale of the clearing. Hundreds of acres of beautiful forest—gone for data centers. 🌳

Then consider this: some of these projects were going through Stafford’s reviews at the SAME TIME as our campground.

• ✅ THEY got approved.
• ✅ THEY are under construction.
• ✅ THEIR projects are moving forward.
• ✅ No lawsuits.

Meanwhile, our family has spent ALMOST THREE YEARS chained to lawsuits, court dates and crushing legal bills—fighting for a BY-RIGHT campground designed to preserve trees on our 75 acres.

WE COULD ALREADY BE OPEN.

• 🏕️ Families could be camping here.
• 👷 Local people could be working here.
• 💵 Tourism dollars could be staying here.

Instead, we sit waiting while these massive developments move full speed ahead.

Now, we are NOT anti-data center. We just want to show the hypocrisy between how Stafford treats these data centers and our campground.

MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE! 🤯

Stafford acted as though protecting zoning rules was the reason our campground could not move forward. But look at the data center REZONINGS—including one at this past week’s BOS meeting.

Ours was BY RIGHT. NO REZONING NEEDED. Shameful!

Land can be rezoned for enormous developments, yet our family is still fighting for a use the ordinance ALREADY ALLOWED when we submitted our plan.

And a Circuit Court judge has already found that Stafford’s “Tents Only” demand was NOT in that ordinance—a demand that stopped us for almost three years. Yet we still fight on against more NEFARIOUS, made-up ordinances.

👀 Stafford residents: WATCH. ASK QUESTIONS. Drive past these developments and see the scale of the clearing for yourselves. Drive by our land and see how this County has stalled us.

Then ask why small campsites and cabins nestled among existing trees face nearly three years of resistance while forests are cleared for massive data centers.

WHY THE DOUBLE STANDARD? ⚖️
