🎉 Congratulations to Ms. Bilguun … I really don’t post a lot of individual transactions because God has allowed me to remain busy. But this is supernatural favor for this lovely woman-I had to share.
First things first (and this was wild) my Client lives in Alexandria. She mentioned in passing to a good friend that she was planning 🤔 to buy another 🏠 home. Her friend immediately told her “I have the perfect Realtor for you” and she gave her my name. Several days passed and she was talking with another friend and mentioned that she was thinking 🤔 about 🏠 buying, and he said “I have the perfect Realtor for you” and he gave her my name. When she called me she said “I knew I better call if everyone kept mentioning the same person.” Now please understand, there are THOUSANDS of Realtors in Northern Virginia-but God!!!
Fast forward a month later, this afternoon my client purchased her new 🏡 home after getting above 💰 asking price for her current house, and a free rent back to allow for a stress free move (from the old home). 🛻 📦
But here’s her testimony:
She dreamt of living in a certain exclusive area in Alexandria (Northern Virginia), and many people doubted that she could achieve this as a single woman. But with God’s guidance, not only did she secure her dream location, but God allowed me to negotiate $30,000 BELOW the asking price and get 2% in seller concessions. As if that wasn’t enough, I woke up this morning to a text from the listing agent letting me know that another home she listed (just a few doors down) had just sold for $1,000,000. The Agent said “your client got the steal of a lifetime.” I call it FAVOR!
When I showed her the text during our final walkthrough (before heading to the closing table), she gasped in disbelief. We prayed together before her current/previous home went on the market, and we prayed again today, standing together in her new home just before closing.
Long story short, we serve a supernatural, abundantly gracious God who can do more than we can ever ask or think. Pray, believe... You have not because you ask not. God is good, and I give Him ALL the glory and praise! It’s incredible to witness impossible situations become possible — and to see Him get all the glory! God answered her prayer-HE can do the same for you. Whatever you need, HE is waiting on you. Just ask… 🙏🏽 🙌🏽
