Extra Toilets and Dumpsters at both and a traffic light at Lady bird to help with traffic.

Expecting 100k people in fredericksburg

expecting 1.5 Mil in the hill country

Enchanted Rock had 55 RV spots and they had 98k people call about them. They will have 250 day passes they haven’t opened yet.

HEB said if you want groceries and you’re local get them April 1st, starting april 5th they are having security in their parking lot and towing people if they aren’t in store.

Hospital said they are prepared for a “Mass Casualty Event” and the highschools parking lot is blocked off to the public for extra hospital parking and they have their helicopter on standby

41 Wineries are having events with tickets sold to already 10k people.

The visitors center is working on a list of places open April 8th and all reasturants are encouraged to stay open to help with HEB supply.
