Rob was initially licensed in the State of Georgia in the late 90s, but he has been in real estate much longer. After many successful years in Atlanta real estate, Rob moved to Virginia in 2010 to embark on a new chapter in his life. Rob began working at a boutique real estate company in Orange, Va. as their Managing Broker and Property Manager for several years, he then joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in Manassas, Va., then he moved over to be the Managing Broker of Chatel Real Estate in Washington, DC. He was the Managing Broker-Locust Grove of Samson Properties. Recently, he joined Century 21 New Millennium in an Associate Broker position in Fredericksburg, Va. Rob’s broad knowledge of the Central, Northern Virginia, and Washington markets, consumer and design trends, and the many criteria involved in the sale or purchase of property provide his clients and customers with a service unparalleled in the industry. Rob has built his reputation through a commitment to personalized service to his agents and clients. Rob is available around the clock for any of his staff and agents who have questions and need them answered at a moment’s notice. He prides himself on being accessible anytime, his “full service” approach, as he calls it. Rob currently lives in the Central Virginia area, enjoys wine tastings at his family’s Vineyard and Brewery in the Spotsylvania County, Va. area as well as spending time with friends and family and his beloved Jack Russell, Bailey.
