I am so excited for my sellers! This transaction was truly a roller coaster, but we made it to the closing table! 🔑

My clients had already relocated to another state, so getting this home SOLD was an important final step in starting their next chapter. 📈 Home prices are still rising. The median home price is now $499,900, up 2% from this time last year.

🏠 More homes are available. Active listings have increased 26%, giving buyers more choices than they’ve had in quite some time.

⏳ Homes are taking a little longer to sell. The average time on the market is now 31 days, which means buyers have a bit more time to make decisions.

📋 More sellers are entering the market. New listings are up 11%, creating more opportunities for buyers.

⚖️ What does this mean?

* For buyers: You have more homes to choose from and less pressure to make an immediate decision.
* For sellers: Well-priced, well-presented 🤩homes are still selling, but pricing your home correctly is more important than ever.
