Two closings with a little extra meaning behind each one.
First, congratulations to this wonderful couple on closing on their land! This is their 3rd transaction with me, nothing better than having clients come back time and time again!
And another SOLD right in my own neighborhood! 🏡 This home is now getting a complete remodel and will be coming back on the market soon — I can’t wait to see the transformation!
This transaction was especially meaningful. My seller is currently in assisted living, and while her mind is sharp, her body just doesn’t allow her to do the things she once could. With no family, helping her goes beyond selling her home — sometimes it means picking up groceries, stopping in for a visit, or simply being someone she can count on.
Real estate is about homes and closings, but sometimes it becomes about so much more. I’m grateful I can be there for her through this chapter.

🏡🔑 Congratulations to these young FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS!
While he was away on a short deployment serving as an active-duty Marine, his wife handled closing day here at home. 🇺🇸 A huge thank you to him for his service and sacrifice!
They knew what they wanted—acreage, privacy, and a place to call their own—and they found it!
As a bonus, the house came with a few extras… its very own duck 🦆 and a few cats 🐈. I’d say they got the full country-living package!

This one has definitely been quite the journey, which makes getting to closing day feel that much sweeter!
I’m incredibly thankful for the trust this family has placed in me over the years. This is the FOURTH time I’ve had the privilege of representing them, and I never take that kind of loyalty and trust for granted.
