🎉🏡 CLOSED & OFFICIALLY BEACH HOUSE OWNERS! 🏖️🔑🥂

I am SO incredibly excited for my wonderful clients, Mike & Karen Camlin, on the closing of their absolutely beautiful new home in Colonial Beach! ❤️🏖️

And when I say this home is amazing… it is HUGE and gorgeous! 😍 I already can’t wait to see it once Mike & Karen put all of their final touches on it and truly make it their own.

One of the best parts is that they now have another place to call home when they come to Colonial Beach to spend time with their son and granddaughter. 💕 There’s just something extra special about having a home that brings you closer to the people you love.

I know Colonial Beach will be happy to have Mike & Karen as part of the community again — they are already so loved there, and after getting to know them even better throughout this process, I can certainly understand why! ❤️

This was also one of the fastest and smoothest closings I’ve ever been a part of! These two were ON IT from day one. 🙌 They knew what they wanted, had everything ready to go, stayed on top of every detail, and got their financing handled incredibly quickly. When everyone works together like that, it makes getting to the closing table that much sweeter! 🔑✨

Mike & Karen, I truly appreciate you trusting me to help you with such an important purchase. What started as a client relationship has turned into a friendship, and that is one of my absolute favorite parts of what I do. 💗

Congratulations on your beautiful new beach house!! 🏖️🏡🥂 I hope it brings you many, many years of happiness, family time, wonderful memories, and lots of fun at the beach with your son and granddaughter. You deserve every bit of it! 💕🌊☀️

Welcome back to Colonial Beach! 🏖️❤️
