Congratulations to my awesome sellers for closing on their home!🎉

Sean and Audris reached out to me last year and I met with them to go over everything. Audris had found my info on a FB military spouse’s page and I’d come highly recommended. However, after meeting with them, I didn’t hear back from them. I honestly thought it was a wash.😅

Fast forward to February of this year…I was literally leaving on vacation with my husband when I got a message saying they were ready to move forward! I’m so honored that out of the many agents they interviewed, they chose ME!🥹

The property had multiple offers within 24 hours, and they landed on an offer that was ABOVE asking!! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of everything.
