Market update. What stands out to me is the inventory. Yes more listings on the market, but if everything were to go under contract today (rentals and million+ properties included); we'd have only 1.3 months until no homes were available to sell.

We are collecting household & hygiene goods for Treasure House, which is an entity of Spotsylvania Schools, that gives homeless students and families needed supplies. We are trying to stock their shelves prior to the start of school. Please consider donating.
