Metro MLS Market Reports: August 2026

The August housing activity showed continued price growth, with the median sales price rising 8.9% year over year to $409,900 and the average sales price increasing 11.1% to $497,552. Active listings rose 11%, while pending sales jumped 21%. Closed sales declined 4.6%, and the median days on market remained steady at 19 days.
