The Midwest never unlocked. We're still sitting 62% below 2019 inventory levels in the St. Louis Metro-East.

Sellers: the market hasn't shifted against you here. Not yet. 💪

Buyers: waiting for more options? You might be waiting a while. But rates are softer and demand isn't sky-high.

The 'lock-in effect' IS slowly easing — 2025 new listings were higher than 2023 and 2024. But those listings aren't turning into sales yet.
