In this crazy market, I love stories like these.❤️ The first home involved a wonderful family who came to me through a client referral. I absolutely love when that happens, it means so much to me that people have faith in my ability to help a close friend or family member find one of the most important things they’ll ever shop for in their life, their home.🏡

We had an amazing time together. The entire family joined in to help visit properties, and they were so excited that their family would be back together again in the same town. The town my client grew up in. The town that they will now raise their children. It was such a beautiful story. Everything went very smoothly until the very end…the township strikes again!! But thankfully, we got through it ❤️ and I hope they have many happy years in their beautiful home!🏡

The second home involved a former client. I helped him purchase his first home, and now he’s back to find his forever home with his fiancée! I couldn’t be happier for them. They found a gorgeous home, in a beautiful town where they can grow into the community, raise a family and build an amazing life together. They are so excited, and I truly wish them nothing but the best as they continue their beautiful journey toward marriage.

This is why I enjoy my job so much. Every day is different, new people, new experiences, and new friendships. I truly couldn’t imagine doing anything else!❤️🏡

Just playing catch-up!! 👋
These three are filled with wonderful new beginnings. The condo’s new owners are a wonderful couple who just got engaged. They wanted to do something smart with their money and start preparing for their future at a young age. Cheers to them 🥂It was amazing working with them and their family.
The next home is for a family I’ve been working with for over a year to find their forever home. We always have the best time together & I enjoy their company! Lots of laughs! They fell in love the moment we walked into this gorgeous property🏡 I’m so excited for them to get settled, especially as they’re expanding their family and expecting another little one soon!💙
The last is a former client another very smart young man who purchased at a young age. We purchased and sold his first home, he found the love of his life, and is now planning to get married💍 Don't worry, I'm not ruining any surprises, as they are all ready engaged ❤️As many younger couples have been doing lately, they’re purchasing prior to getting married, which is a great move.
I wish everyone nothing but the best, always! I’m very excited to keep moving in a positive direction with my clients who are under contract, and so happy for my client who has officially closed!❣️

This particular home was quite the journey. I met my clients a few years back at an open house. Two sisters took a stroll on a Sunday and decided to visit me at my open house just to take a peek. It was towards the end, so I didn't rush them and let them look around. We had a really nice conversation. They complimented the house, told me more about the neighborhood, since they lived there, and wanted to share all of the perks. They took my card, and wished me well. Little did I know, I was being interviewed.

A few days later, I received a phone call saying they had property that needed to be sold. They said they enjoyed speaking with me and loved that I didn't rush them out of the house that day since I was wrapping up. They appreciated that I explained everything to them, just in case they had family or friends who might want to purchase the home. I listed their home and sold it for more than asking. They wanted me to help them sell it, so that's exactly what I did! Which is what brings me to this property. A few years later, I received another phone call. They have another home they'd like me to sell, so here we are. It was a pleasure to work with them. They're a wonderful family, and I'm so happy they took a Sunday stroll years ago❤️🏡

What an unforgettable day! We were fortunate to celebrate our awards ceremony at the stunning Renault Winery and it could not have been more perfect. I’m beyond grateful to my amazing clients. As well as, lenders, attorneys and inspectors for making it possible for me to rank at this overall level in the top 21 of our entire company. It takes team work to get to the end of a transaction. Everyone I work with is amazing at their job and helps me to get it done! My heart is full and I’m so excited and hopeful for a successful year ahead. Thank you for being part of this journey! I love my job!

Staying focused and performing at a high level all year is never easy. This is not a 9-5 type of job. It’s a constant balance of pushing yourself while always making sure you’re doing what’s best for your clients, as well as your family and life in general. I’m proud to share that I’ve reached Circle of Excellence again. This isn’t an award I take lightly. It reflects hard work, dedication and the trust my clients place in me. I wouldn’t be here without their support and most of all their trust. I’m truly grateful for every client who made this possible. I absolutely love what I do! Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Just catching up! I want to wish all of my buyers and sellers the very best moving forward. It has truly been an honor to be part of each of your journeys. With these particular homes, I had/have the joy of working again with two past clients—what a gift to reconnect for a sale and a new listing! I was equally blessed to meet two new clients one in particular Jillian Hearon and guide them through both the sale of their homes and the purchase of their next chapters! What a ride!

From preparing a home for market to the day you close, there is so much that goes into the process—on both the buying and selling sides. Reaching the finish line takes teamwork, trust, and a whole lot of collaboration, and every one of my clients has been incredible to work with. Sure, we hit a few bumps here and there, but that’s real estate—and the people you work with make all the difference.

I was fortunate to work with several wonderful agents throughout these transactions. A special thank-you to Jay Gumnitz-Realtor —for all of his hard work in helping bring our specific deal to a close today. So happy for both of my sellers—Congratulations! 🍾
One family is closing a chapter on their beloved aunt and uncle's home after a loss, but they find comfort knowing it’s now in the hands of a very nice young man purchasing his first home, where many happy memories will be made.
The other home holds a special place in my heart—I helped my clients purchase it years ago as their first home, back when they weren’t even engaged. Today, they’re happily married with three beautiful children, and together we’re now searching for their forever home 🏡 I'm so excited for both of these new adventures!
