Some closings are straightforward. Others take persistence, experience and a lot of problem-solving behind the scenes.

7 Kingston Terrace is officially closed after a transaction that required us to work through extensive building approvals with Marlboro Township. After more than 30 years in their home, my sellers were ready for their next chapter, and we stayed with it until we got them there.

The result? Sold over asking with multiple interested buyers.

I was proud to co-list this home with my son, Chris, while personally representing the sale through closing. It took collaboration and patience from everyone involved, but we got it done.

Another successful closing right here in the community I call home.

17 Saratoga Road has officially closed, and I was proud to co-list this home alongside Teresa Hargrave. Living in The Venue at Longview gives me a perspective that goes beyond simply knowing the real estate market. I know the community, the homes, the lifestyle and what makes this neighborhood special - and that firsthand knowledge can make a meaningful difference when positioning a home for sale.
